1) The client does not own copyright of the artwork(s).

2) The artwork cannot be reproduced outside of the intended use stated.

3) Copyright belongs to Simon Bridges/Elephantstones Gallery. All digital artworks are original creations protected by this copyright.

4) Client may not distribute or resell the artwork(s). To do so would infringe on copyright.

5) The client will receive a high resolution digital artwork(s) via email once payment is made.
