covid-19 update - TO MASK OR NOT TO MASK? THAT IS THE QUESTION…

Face masks are no longer mandatory in retail spaces. However, all Elephantstones staff will continue to wear masks at the gallery and we encourage everyone visiting to join us if you want to but, we will allow unmasked visitors into the shop. We feel it’s the right time to relax our COVID-19 measures. Hooray!

WEAR A MASK

To help keep you and our staff safe, we would encourage you to wear a mask if you want to whilst in the gallery but it is no longer mandatory.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ARE PREFERRED

For safe payment, we ask that where possible, purchases are paid for by card. There is no minimum amount for card payments so even small purchases can be made!

CLEANING AND STAFF COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Gallery staff will be wearing face masks and sanitising hands, surfaces and payment consoles between customers. Where payment is taken, we have a sneeze screen to keep both the customer and our staff safe.

DERBYSHIRE OPEN ARTS 2022!

Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th May 2022 - 10am - 5pm

The Derbyshire Open Arts weekend is back! Hooray! Artists across Derbyshire will be opening their doors for you to come and enjoy their creations. It’s not to be missed!

Each year both Simon Bridges and Eve Lumai Bridges create an exhibition of new landscapes especially for the event. So come along and enjoy some wonderful Hayfield vistas!

Hayfield is a great place to be that weekend, a vibrant community of artists run the Hayfield Art Trail event in tandem to the Derbyshire Open Arts weekend. With a mapped route around the village, you can get a taste for the incredible talent that’s found a home in our little village.
