ELEPHANTSTONES GALLERY COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Just like last time, we will have a number of measures in place at the gallery to keep you and us safe. Here’s how things will work…
YOU MUST WEAR A MASK
We are sure you all know the drill by now and have a mask tucked away in every coat pocket… But please make sure you bring a face covering and have it on ready to enter the gallery. For your safety and ours, we will not allow entry of people without masks unless you have medical exemption.
ONE FAMILY GROUP AT A TIME
As we are only a small gallery, we will only allow one family group to enter the gallery at a time - that’s people who are in a household together, not you and a friend from another household! :) If the gallery has a group in, we will ask you to wait outside - we know it’s not ideal in winter so make sure you’re wrapped up nice and warm.
SANITISE HANDS ON ENTRY
You must sanitise your hands upon entering the gallery. There are two hand sanitising stations - one by the door for sanitisation on entry and one by the till.
YOU MUST MAINTAIN 2 METRE SOCAL DISTANCING
The two metre social distancing rules must be upheld when inside the gallery and waiting or queuing outside the gallery. We have roped-off areas of the gallery that visitors cannot enter to allow gallery staff to keep 2 metres from visitors.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
For safe payment, we ask that where possible, purchases are paid for by card. There is no minimum amount for card payments so even small purchases can be made!
CLEANING AND STAFF COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Gallery staff will be wearing face masks and sanitising hands, surfaces and payment consoles between customers. Where payment is taken, we have a sneeze screen to keep both the customer and our staff safe.
FEELING UNWELL? DO NOT VISIT THE GALLERY.
Only visit the gallery if you have no symptoms and have not been exposed to someone that has a cough, fever, or shortness of breath.
If you have any of the above symptoms, please protect yourself and others and go home/stay at home and access the 111 online Coronavirus service.

Our range of St Eval candles have been a huge hit this year. Perfect for easing lockdown stress, the beautiful natural scents of our candles have people coming back for more!
For Christmas, we have introduced a selection of new scents including Winter Thyme, Figgy Pudding and Inspiritus. They smell amazing!
St Eval candle waxes are a combination of mineral and vegetable waxes. This is what created their superior performance, stability and reliability, and a fabulous scent throw. The candles are not tested on animals and the wax does not contain any animal products. Hooray!
