Following government guidelines, Elephantstones gallery will close to the public from Thursday 5th of November.

But! It’s not all doom and gloom and, just like last time, you will still be able to shop with us online!

So, you can’t visit our Hayfield gallery… but you can visit our virtual one!

Shop everything at the gallery online from the comfort of your home!

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY!

Live locally? Then we will deliver your order for free!

Simply order online and select the free delivery option at checkout.

Make sure you’ve checked you’re in our delivery area prior to placing your order!

Place your order before 11am on a working day and we’ll aim to deliver your order the same day! Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Mondays.

CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE:

Shop online and collect from the gallery at your leisure!

Your order will be ready to collect the next working day. Collection from the gallery is available between 11am - 3pm Monday - Friday.

When collecting your order, please wear a mask. We ask that you knock on the door and we will bring your order to you. :)

All click and collect orders must be paid for remotely, meaning no additional items can be added upon collection. Sorry!

POSTAGE:

Don’t live locally? No problem!

We will post your order out to you via Royal Mail.

We charge a flat rate £1.50 postage for letterbox size flat items - cards and gift cards etc… and a flat rate of £5 for all other items - prints, homewares, candles & gifts etc… so to make the most of postage, make sure you buy more than one thing!

We’ll ship your order within 2-3 working days.
